Purchases for eCover AI Studio are processed through WarriorPlus. Refund handling, timing, and eligibility may be managed through WarriorPlus and the vendor support process.

If a refund period is stated on the WarriorPlus checkout page or purchase receipt, that stated period applies. To request help with a purchase, use the support or vendor contact details shown in your WarriorPlus account or receipt.

Before Requesting A Refund

Please review the product instructions and confirm you are using the correct delivery link for your purchased edition. The product creates prompts for use with ChatGPT or similar AI tools; it does not directly create images inside the sales page itself.

Limitations

Refunds may not cover third-party costs, AI tool subscriptions, marketplace fees, advertising spend, design services, or other expenses outside the product purchase itself.
